Job summary

Super Radiator Coils in Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment, supporting safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems to help achieve the site’s business goals.

This first-shift role (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) requires 4+ years of manufacturing experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and some electrical/PLC skills, plus a high school diploma or GED and a craft apprenticeship or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED plus craft apprenticeship or equivalent in maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical/PLC skills.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance and service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Provide emergency and scheduled repairs of production equipment during operation.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust systems.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Use hand and power tools, electrical meters and material handling equipment as needed.
• Report faulty operations or materials and maintain clean, safe working areas.
