Job summary

Avanta Staffing Solutions LLC is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a foam manufacturing facility. You will diagnose and repair industrial production equipment, perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, and help minimize downtime on a Monday–Friday shift.

The role requires strong electrical maintenance skills, ability to read schematics, and a track record with preventive and corrective maintenance. Overtime is available and safety protocols must be followed.

Qualifications

• Industrial manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience required.
• Mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use electrical testing equipment.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment.
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Troubleshoot motors, controls, sensors, conveyors, pumps, and other machinery.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

Manufacturing Maintenance Technician – Foam Manufacturing

Avanta Staffing Solutions is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a foam manufacturing facility.

Pay: $25–$35/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Overtime Available

Job Duties

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment.
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Troubleshoot motors, controls, sensors, conveyors, pumps, and other machinery.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose equipment issues and minimize production downtime.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Requirements

• Industrial manufacturing maintenance experience required.
