Job summary

Austin Wood Recycling Inc is hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment in a landscape manufacturing setting.

The role requires a mechanical background, a high school diploma, 2 years' related experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must provide their own tools and pass safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years of experience with electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment.
• Mechanical background required.
• Basic understanding of electrical (480V & 120V).
• Knowledge of electrical schematics.
• Must provide own tools (hand tools, multimeter, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Install, program, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on control equipment.
• Troubleshoot machinery performance with factory onsite/remote support.
• Monitor lines and calibrate equipment as needed.
• Uphold safety rules and report accidents or injuries.
