Fareva Richmond Inc. in Richmond, VA is seeking an Ops Maintenance Supervisor to ensure high-quality, compliant operation of automated equipment and drive continual improvement through electrical/PLC technology.

The role oversees maintenance strategy, project management, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and safety/compliance across the site. Candidates should have 3–5 years in production management, experience with electrical/mechanical trades, and familiarity with SAP PM.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Background in Electrical and Mechanical trades.
• 3–5 years in production/manufacturing or 3–5 years in direct supervision/management.
• Experience in Consumer Goods, Cosmetic, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop & implement long-term maintenance strategy to enable operational efficiency.
• Lead projects for new equipment and maintenance systems; manage facilities analyses.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and manage SAP PM for equipment reliability.
• Ensure safety, cGMP compliance, and regulatory adherence for equipment and staff.
• Interface with Quality Assurance, HR, Materials Management, and Site Management.
