Job summary

Atlas Molded Products, a division of Atlas Roofing Corporation, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the Ridgeway, VA facility. This role oversees maintenance of equipment and systems, schedules PM, and coordinates with production for repairs to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in English, written and spoken.
Experience in manufacturing/industrial maintenance preferred.
Experience with general maintenance systems and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Ensure all equipment, machinery, and facility systems are well maintained and operating properly.
Schedule preventive maintenance (PM) on all equipment and systems.
Coordinate with production to schedule non-emergency repairs (may require off-production hours).
Operate forklift and scissor lift within safety guidelines.
Adhere to OSHA guidelines in all maintenance activities and safety practices.
Supervise maintenance staff and provide direction as needed.
Assist Corporate Engineering and Plant Manager on projects and upgrades.
Maintain documentation for Quality and Safety programs.
