Qualifications

• AOS degree (2 years) in technical discipline preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory role preferred
• At least 3 factory maintenance experience
• Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics.
• Solid working knowledge of electrical, electronic and mechanical processes related to manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
• Strong command of English language, both verbal and written
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities meet or exceed safety protocols and standards.
• Ensure timely installation and upkeep of equipment and systems for operational effectiveness and efficiency
• Assign technicians based on urgent needs and resource availability
• Manage, lead, mentor, train and supervise department team members and performance
• Interact effectively with outside vendors for maintenance execution
• Coordinate preventive maintenance tasks with other teams
• Ensure maintenance records and documentation meet requirements and regulations
• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement fixes
• Ensure timely inspections.
