Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Baldwyn, MS is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production activities and coordinate maintenance resources. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and drive timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has supervision experience, a high school diploma, and exposure to manufacturing or warehouse equipment, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Required.
• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required.
• Previous supervision experience, Required.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes, Required.
• Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary
• Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources
• Support continuous improvement recommendations
• Assist production management in the maintenance, training and operation of equipment
• Oversee all activities associated with the direction and support of maintenance functions
