Qualifications

• 7+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in maintenance leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations and prioritize work orders to support production goals.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Troubleshoot and oversee repairs of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Coach and develop maintenance technicians and manage budgets, vendors, and spares.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to reduce downtime.
