Qualifications

• 3+ years in general maintenance and electrical systems in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read technical schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery (electrical, motors, controls).
• Lead a small maintenance team, assign tasks and work orders, ensure timely completion.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and coordinate with production.
