The Marvin Engineering Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliable operation of CNC machines, ovens, paint booths, and facility systems across multiple plants. You will develop TPM and PdM programs and troubleshoot complex issues to keep production running safely and efficiently.
You will read mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams, implement PM strategies, and collaborate with operations and safety teams to meet quality and environmental standards.

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring reliable operation, uptime, and performance of facility equipment including CNC machines (Mazak, Okuma, DMG), process ovens, paint booths, and building systems across eight facilities. They will support Facilities, Maintenance, Safety, Capital Projects, Operations and Quality departments. This role develops total productive maintenance (TPM) preventative maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance programs (PdM), troubleshoots complex technical issues at an expert level, supports capital equipment installation, and partners closely with operations and maintenance leadership. The Maintenance Engineer ensures all maintenance activities meet safety, quality, and environmental standards while supporting continuous improvement and production needs.
