Job summary

International Wire Group, a Pantheon Electric company, is hiring Manufacturing Machine Operators to join our Inman, SC plant. You will operate production equipment, monitor quality, and support safe, efficient manufacturing processes.

We offer competitive hourly pay at $23.00, overtime opportunities, paid on-the-job training, and a team-focused environment that values safety and continuous improvement. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work during shift.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
• Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and production specifications.
• Record production and quality data using computerized systems.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support efficient production.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Safely handle raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
