Job summary

The Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator for its Columbus, GA facility. You will start, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing equipment safely, following standard work procedures to meet production targets and maintain product quality.

No prior experience or training is required, and you will be trained to perform duties across machine levels I, II, and III as you gain skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned machine(s) following standard work procedures.
• Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
• Ensure product meets tolerances and specifications.
• Maintain accurate paperwork.
• Report safety, quality, and mechanical issues.
• Participate in the continuous improvement process.
• Set up and operate off-line and secondary equipment when required.
