Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, mechanically inclined Machine Operator Helper to join our fast-paced production team in Rogersville, TN. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will support primary machine operators in maintaining continuous production, upholding strict safety standards, and ensuring zero-defect quality output.

This full-time position operates on a rotating 12-hour schedule (2-2-3 pattern, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Salary: $17.5 - $17.51 per hour

Shift: First

Work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM

Education: High School

Responsibilities

• Mechanical Aptitude: A basic understanding of how gears, pulleys, rollers, and tension systems work together.
• Mathematical Competency: The ability to read fractions, decimals, and metric/standard measurements quickly and accurately.
• Stamina: The ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift on a concrete floor for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
• Tech Literacy: Comfort using computer screens to input data and navigate machine software.
