Job Description: Manufacturing Machine Operator

Night Shift Available: Monday-Thursday 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Perform machine pre-print setup and checks.
2. Ensure proper registration, ink viscosity, and print quality on flatbed presses.
3. Monitor conveyor belt signs and prepare them for the next stage.
4. Maintain production rates, registration, and quality standards within company and customer guidelines.
5. Make necessary press adjustments.
6. Understand production paperwork to ensure correct image, ink, and materials are used.
7. Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment and machinery.
8. Reclean screens for screen printing.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry tools and materials weighing up to 65 pounds.
• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Climb ladders to handle products.
• Operate manual and powered tools and machinery, including forklifts.
