Element2 Group is seeking a manufacturing associate in a hands-on production role. You will monitor machines, operate presses and conveyors, and perform quality checks to separate good parts from rejects.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor production machines and runs per the schedule to ensure smooth operations.
  • Operate presses, conveyors, and grinders safely and efficiently.
  • Perform quality checks and sort acceptable vs. rejected parts.
  • Flag quality issues or equipment concerns and report promptly.
  • Label, package, and prepare finished items for shipment or processing.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations and surrounding areas.
  • Take part in housekeeping tasks and safety procedures.
  • Meet production targets and deadlines with team collaboration.

What You’ll Handle
  • Monitor several production machines and manage runs per the manufacturing schedule.
  • Operate presses, conveyors, and grinders safely and efficiently.
  • Perform quality checks at regular intervals; sort acceptable and rejected parts.
  • Flag and report quality issues, equipment concerns, or process disruptions quickly.
  • Label, package, and prepare finished items for shipment or additional processing.
  • Complete production and quality documentation with accuracy.
  • Keep machines, workstations, conveyors, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
  • Take on housekeeping tasks (sweeping, waste removal) to maintain a tidy floor.
  • Follow all safety rules and procedures at all times.
  • Work with your team to meet production targets, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Assist with assembly, inspection, and related manufacturing tasks as needed.
  • Tackle other duties based on operational needs.
