Welch Packaging in Indiana is seeking a motivated production team member to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, following all safety procedures and quality processes.

You will help hit targeted build rates, maintain 100% on-time delivery, keep the plant clean, and work closely with teammates to assemble, wrap and label boxes as needed.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to work safely adhering to all safety processes and policies.

Essential Functions

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes
• Responsible for ensuring the product being built is built to spec and 100% accurate
• Responsible for maintaining the highest level of productivity to ensure 100% on time delivery to our customers.
• Responsible for maintaining the housekeeping standards of the plant
• Responsible for working as a team with all team members of the facility.

Requirements/Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a repeatedly on a regular basis.
