Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Jackson, TN is hiring for a production operator to drive quality and efficiency on a 12-hour rotation. You’ll perform pre-start checks, calibrate equipment, and run the line while adhering to safety protocols and traceability requirements.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and be willing to work long shifts, weekends, and holidays. Training on forklift operation is provided as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment safely and follow all policies.
  • Keep the work area clean and hazard-free; report risks to a supervisor.
  • Monitor product quality with visual checks and simple measurements.
  • Complete equipment setups and changeovers per procedures.
  • Load and unload materials and finished goods as required.
  • Log production, quality, and traceability data accurately.
  • Participate in cross-training and assist with other duties as needed.
