Job summary

Marlboro Manufacturing Inc. is seeking full-time Line Operators to work in our Alliance, OH manufacturing facility. Work 10-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Thursday with overtime on Fridays.

Must have reliable transportation, be safety conscious, lift up to 70 lbs, and pass a drug screen. Basic math and computer skills required; experience with measuring tools a plus. Responsibilities include machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and quality checks to meet production targets

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Basic computer and math skills.
• Attendance is key.
• Must pass a Drug and Alcohol screening.
• Prior machine skills helpful.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate line machinery and set up as needed.
• Troubleshoot machines and fix parts to ensure proper operation and quality checks.
• Work with team to meet department production goals.
