The role focuses on resolving build issues, performing root-cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions with Design Engineering, while ensuring proper part usage and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires a four-year degree and 3–5 years of related experience.

Formación

• Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or mechanical design.
• Knowledge of truck components and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support production, quality, and materials to resolve build issues quickly.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop short-term engineering solutions with Design Engineering.
• Communicate issue impact and rework instructions to production.
• Provide data for long-term corrective actions.
• Update management on issues affecting production flow.
• Document corrective actions in system and ensure correct parts usage.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
