Job summary

The QUIKRETE® Companies, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Management Trainee - Military Veterans to develop into future plant leadership through hands-on experience in operations, personnel management, and business processes.

The program offers a structured training path under a Plant Manager, with relocation required upon completion and opportunities for advancement within a leading concrete products manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree required.
• Willingness to relocate after the training program (18–24 months).
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines with strict quality standards.
• Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate all plant equipment within the manufacturing process.
• Perform and understand plant and administrative roles (excluding driving).
• Provide operational support by filling in for short-term staffing needs.
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational reports; participate in CI projects.
