The QUIKRETE® Companies is seeking a Manufacturing Management Trainee - Military Veterans in Lakeland, FL to join a structured program designed to develop future plant leadership through hands‑on operations, personnel management, and business processes.

You will rotate through plant roles, learn equipment operation, analyze reports, and contribute to continuous improvement, with relocation after completion.

Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate after training (18–24 months).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines with quality.
• Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn operation and function of all plant equipment.
• Fill in for short-term staffing needs as required.
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
