Job summary

Land O’Lakes offers an Animal Nutrition Manufacturing Management Track Associate 12‑month training program designed to develop future Manufacturing Supervisors across multiple plant locations in the United States. Trainees will assist in leading plant activities, learn all processes, and may relocate after completing the program.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and operational excellence with a clear path to supervisory roles within the Animal Feed Division.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with an expected graduation date winter 2026 or spring 2027.
• Demonstrated leadership in school/academic/industry-related clubs.
• Willingness to relocate for the program and after completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading plant activities to ensure quality products and services.
• Learn plant processes, safety/quality compliance, maintenance, HR, and administrative functions.
• Support meeting volume goals, maximizing yields, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Relocate to another Land O’Lakes plant after successful training completion.
