Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. in the United States seeks an Animal Nutrition Manufacturing Management Track Associate to complete a 12‑month training program preparing future supervisors in production, quality, and maintenance.

You will be assigned to one feed plant location to lead activities and ensure quality products and customer service. Upon successful completion, relocation to another Purina or Land O'Lakes facility may be required to advance into roles such as Production Supervisor, Quality Program

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in feed science, animal science, ag systems/technology management, engineering, ag business, supply chain operations, agriculture, or related fields with graduation date winter 2026 or spring 2027
• Willingness to relocate for the program and after completion

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading plant activities to ensure quality products and services
• Learn all plant processes including regulatory compliance programs—safety and quality, maintenance, HR activities, and managerial tasks
• Relocate after training program completion as required
