Job summary

DFA offers a rotational Operations Analyst program designed for graduates pursuing a career in manufacturing, spanning about two years across multiple functions such as manufacturing, engineering, quality and process technology. The program provides hands-on experience, education, and exposure to prepare for future manufacturing leadership.

Locations vary across U.S. plants (MO, MN, NM, KS, CA, CO, PA etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Internship experience preferred.
• Certification/license – N/A

Responsibilities

• Visit a DFA farm to gain basic dairy farming knowledge and experience.
• Meet with cross-functional experts to understand the business and the Cooperative.
• Work on plant shifts to learn manufacturing processes, opportunities and challenges.
• Complete a manufacturing project using classroom learnings and on-the-job insights.
• Analyze data, produce metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
