Job summary

DFA seeks a Rotational Operations Analyst as part of the Experience program. The role spans manufacturing, engineering, quality and process technology over about two years beginning in 2027, with cross‑functional exposure and hands‑on learning.

You will rotate through multiple plant locations nationwide, learn to analyze data using Power BI and other systems, participate in CI projects, and prepare reports while developing leadership and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/ Food Manufacturing/Engineering required.
• Internship experience preferred.
• Certification and/or license – N/A

Responsibilities

• Rotate through manufacturing, engineering, quality and process technology over ~2 years beginning 2027.
• Learn from cross-functional experts to understand the business and DFA Cooperative.
• Carry out CI projects and cost/data analysis tasks as part of rotations.
• Operate and learn on systems like Power BI, Salesforce and SharePoint to build reports and analytics.
• Shadow leadership and participate in interviews and staffing processes.
