Job summary

Clarios, LLC invites applications for the Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP), a two-year rotational program designed to fast-track talent into operations supervision, production management, and plant leadership. Participants gain hands-on experience across Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and more, with three eight-month rotations at U.S.

facilities. Upon completion, associates are placed into manufacturing roles and continue their development with senior leader

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3 years of experience may substitute for a degree
• Preferred majors include Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and related fields
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
• Demonstrated leadership experience is preferred
• Strong analytical and quick learning abilities are required
• Strong verbal communication skills are essential
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams with minimal guidance
• Previous production internship/co-op experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Join Clarios’ Manufacturing Leadership Development Program to gain hands-on experience across multiple manufacturing disciplines
• Participate in three 8‑month rotational assignments across U.S.-based facilities to build operations leadership capabilities
• Develop cross-functional relationships and contribute to plant improvements and projects
