Service Wire Company in Phoenix, AZ is hiring entry-level manufacturing and distribution workers. No experience required—we provide full training to get you productive quickly.

As an entry-level team member, you will process material cuts, maintain inventory, and prepare orders for shipment, using a forklift and standard warehouse tools. You will learn safety practices and grow with the company in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 1 year related industrial experience or equivalent training.
• Strong basic math and measuring skills.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to general instructions, direction, and correspondence, both oral and written.
• Cooperatively works with members of various departments; PPE required.
• Continuous participation in company safety training.
• Forklift operation training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Cut wire to specified length based on customer requirements.
• Palletize and prepare orders for shipment.
• Record all material information (item code, damage, reel number, etc.).
• Process orders based on urgency and expedite accordingly.
• Assist with inventory control and maintaining stock levels.
• Maintain safety standards and a clean/organized work environment.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
