Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in skilled labor fields like construction or assembly.
• 2+ years’ experience in a supervisor role managing at least 4 people.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–6 in assembly of multiple product lines.
• Work shifts and possible overtime in a factory setting.
• Lift up to 50 lbs multiple times an hour.
• Use hand tools effectively and communicate fractional measurements.
