Job summary

Walmart is seeking a detail-oriented production associate at our Valdosta, GA facility. You will coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations, maintain a safe and compliant work environment, and ensure products are produced to Walmart quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year’s experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 1 year’s experience working with HACCP, GMP, OSHA and SQF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
• Maintains a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to Walmart policies and procedures.
• Accurately follows recipes and preparation instructions to ensure all products meet quality standards.
• Effectively manages time to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks.
• Leads by example, providing guidance and support to associates as needed.
