Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 1 year experience with HACCP, GMP, OSHA and SQF requirements.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
• Maintains a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to Walmart policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates advanced understanding of production techniques and processes in an assigned area.
• Ensures quality standards are met and products produced per company standards.
• Manages inventory including receiving stocking and ordering materials as needed.
• Accurately follows recipes and preparation instructions to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Leads by example, guiding and supporting other associates as needed.
• Maintains accurate records and reports including production, inventory, and employee performance.
• Complies with policies and ethics by implementing action plans using Open Door Policy.
