Their culture is built on continuous improvement, employee development, and delivering high-quality solutions to customers across North America.

As Manufacturing Lead, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day production performance within a specialized cold heading and fastener manufacturing operation. You'll lead by example on the production floor, setting up and operating multi-die progressive headers and automated bolt lines, troubleshooting mechanical and tooling issues, supporting die maintenance, and providing technical direction to operators. This role offers significant hands-on responsibility and the opportunity to directly influence safety, quality, uptime, productivity, and production performance within a growing manufacturing organization.

Why This Role?

  • Significant Overtime: Strong current overtime availability, including scheduled Friday overtime.
  • 4/10 Work Schedule: Enjoy a consistent 4-day workweek, with 10-hour shifts, providing an additional day off each week.
  • Relocation Assistance: Relocation assistance available and negotiable for the right candidate.
  • Family-Owned Stability: Join a privately held, growing manufacturer with a long-term strategic vision and strong commitment to employee development and retention.
  • Proven Growth: The company has achieved 5x sales growth over the past decade, demonstrating strong market demand and continued business expansion.
  • Specialized Equipment: Work directly with multi-die progressive headers, cold heading equipment, and automated bolt manufacturing lines.
  • Veteran-Owned Business: Join an organization whose leadership culture emphasizes discipline, accountability, operational excellence, and employee development.
  • U.S.-Based Manufacturing: Primary operations and raw materials are domestic, supporting reliable, high-quality production across North American markets.
  • One-Stop Manufacturing Solution: Fully integrated manufacturing capabilities including automated production, tool and die design and repair, maintenance, robotic welding, fabrication, and assembly.
  • Automation Growth Initiative: Ongoing investment in automation, equipment, and manufacturing technology across the organization.
  • Team Leadership: Provide technical direction and support to operators while helping maintain productivity, quality, safety, and standard work.
  • Advanced Tooling Environment: Work with dies, tooling, manual mills, lathes, grinders, and other precision shop equipment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify root causes, reduce downtime and scrap, improve setups, and contribute to Lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • High-Volume Manufacturing: Support production of structural components and fasteners for transportation, material handling, agricultural, and industrial markets.
  • Career Growth: Opportunity to grow into a larger technical leadership or supervisory role as the operation expands.
  • Integrated Manufacturing: Work alongside Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Quality, and Material Handling teams within a highly integrated manufacturing environment.
  • Safety & Quality Culture: Join an organization focused on safety, quality, accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead day-to-day cold heading and fastener manufacturing operations, including setup, changeovers, production, troubleshooting, and equipment performance.
