Manufacturing Lead Machinist

Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 6:00am - 2:30pm
MON TUE WED THU FRI 2:30pm - 11:00pm

OVERVIEW:

As a Full-time Manufacturing Lead Machinist, you will oversee daily shop floor operations, supporting the growth of the Manufacturing division. You will collaborate with the operations manager, inside sales team, and other lead machinists to schedule machine workloads.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting shop operations
• Ensuring quality and timely delivery of products
• Maintaining accuracy while multitasking
• Providing leadership and guidance to machine operators
• Maintaining timecards in the Kronos system
• Ensuring a safe working environment
• Effective shift-to-shift communication

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong math skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
• Excellent safety and attendance records
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Alignment with company core values: ambition, innovation, integrity, teamwork
• Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 100 lbs
• Pass drug screening (applicable in US, Puerto Rico, Guam)
