Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.
• Assign work, monitor workflow, and ensure readiness to support the daily schedule.
• Reinforce adherence to standard work, safety procedures, and production documentation.
• Train and coach operators on equipment use and safety practices.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting for production and equipment issues.
• Support in-process inspection, shift communications, and production reporting.
• Identify recurring floor-level issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
