Position Description
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Monitor labor times, KPIs, and production schedules using web applications. Train new team members and support the Team Leader in guiding the production team.
  2. Production Oversight: Ensure compliance with engineering drawings and SOPs. Conduct product inspections and support supply readiness.
  3. Communication: Facilitate effective communication across departments and escalate issues related to safety, quality, or efficiency.
Performance Objectives:

Within first 60 days: Complete foundational courses with at least 95% score, review SOPs, shadow experienced team members, and complete SAP training.

Within 90 days to one year: Continue training, review processes, and build team relationships.

Position Requirements:
  • Willingness to learn soldering.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in clean room environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Soldering experience.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP.
