Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing / Layout Engineer in Toledo, OH. You will design and optimize workstation layouts in 2D/3D using AutoCAD or Microstation, ensuring alignment with production flow and plant constraints.

You’ll identify tooling and fixtures to support quality, ergonomics, and manufacturability, and collaborate with Launch Industrial Engineers to balance line workloads and meet takt times.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain workstation layouts in 2D/3D using AutoCAD or Microstation.
• Ensure tooling integration and alignment with overall line layout.
• Apply lean principles to reduce waste and improve space utilization.
• Support PFMEA updates, work instructions, and design change logs.
