BLOX LLC in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Launch to own manufacturing setup from design through ramp and stabilization, delivering a building as a Product. You will lead line setup, standard work, tooling, takt, and training, while collaborating with design, program management, and operations.

You will build the manufacturing launch team, resolve manufacturability during design, document baselines, train the operations group, transfer the role, and repeat.
