Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for the Latex Department in Cary, IL. The position is a first-shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with a $19.50/hour pay rate and a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule.

The role involves mixing and blending materials, following production orders, unloading raw materials, and operating material handling equipment. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment with safety

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to frequently and regularly lift 50 pounds.
• Previous experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mix and blend materials according to production orders and batch instructions.
• Follow detailed work instructions to manufacture paint batches accurately.
• Unload incoming trucks containing raw materials.
• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, lifts, and pallet jacks safely.

• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, lifts, and pallet jacks safely.
• Maintain attention to quality, safety, and production standards throughout the shift.
