Job summary

Central Moloney in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Laborer to support our Production team. You’ll operate machinery safely, assemble and move materials, and help maintain a clean, organized work area on a fast-paced production line.

No prior experience required, though manufacturing exposure is a plus. We train, value teamwork, and emphasize quality. This role offers steady shifts, safety training, and an opportunity to contribute to power-generation equipment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to procedures.
• Assemble, handle, and position products, materials, and components as required by production needs.
• Perform general material-handling and production support activities as assigned.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Identify and report equipment, material, quality, or production issues to supervision.
