Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions in Altoona, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Lab Technician who will perform testing, data analysis, and quality verification in a fast-paced laboratory and production environment.

You will coordinate Pot Rite Services and Spectrochemical Standards manufacturing activities, maintain records, and support ISO and RoHS compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a scientific discipline and 2-3 years related laboratory experience preferred
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and inspection of materials to ensure compliance with specs
• Conduct chemical analysis and physical characterization
• Compile, evaluate, maintain, and report laboratory data
• Coordinate Pot Rite Services and Spectrochemical Standards manufacturing
• Quote analytical services and manage orders
