MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions Inc., is seeking a Polymer/Lab Technician to support R&D service requests by preparing and testing polymer samples, collecting data, and documenting results. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to SOPs, and safety.

Position requires a degree in Polymer/Materials/Chemistry and 0–2 years lab experience; strong teamwork and communication are valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sample preparation, testing, and data recording.
• Set up, operate, and maintain lab equipment.
• Conduct thermal, electrical, mechanical, and chemical analysis on polymer products.
• Follow SOPs, ISO procedures, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain records of observations, process conditions, and test results.
• Manage lab inventory, packaging, labeling, and shipment of materials.
• Support failure analysis, product development, and process improvements.
• Follow EHS and 5S practices; suggest improvements.
