Job summary

Kimco Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Metal Lab Technician to support our Finishing Department in a manufacturing environment.

This role focuses on titrating plating chemicals for nickel and copper, performing laboratory tests, chemical analysis, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met in an electroplating environment. Responsibilities include testing metal finishing processes, maintaining chemical inventory and bath records, troubleshooting lab

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience titrating chemicals or electroplating preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and data entry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a factory environment.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
