ADDMAN Engineering seeks a meticulous Job Planner to maintain cost records and ensure accurate job costing. You will manage purchase orders, invoices, and filing of job folders, while recording data at kick-off meetings and distributing blueprints and travelers.

The role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety and policy practices. Expect to enter orders, carry over to ongoing jobs, and apply Six Sigma quality tools to improve and control processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintains purchase orders and job-costing records.
• Invoices customers and files job folders.
• Attends kick-off meetings and records job data.
• Distributes blue prints and job travelers.
• Enters orders and carries over to jobs.
• Uses Six Sigma tools to define, measure, analyze, improve and control processes.
