Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering seeks a detail-oriented Job Planner to maintain all records for accurate job costing and tracking. The role requires handling purchase orders, invoicing customers, and recording essential data from kick-off meetings in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, distributing blueprints, and carrying over orders to jobs. The position emphasizes adherence to procedures, timely training, safety practices, and reliable attendance in a dynamic plant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintains purchase orders and job-costing records.
• Invoices customers, maintains filing of job folders.
• Attends kick-off meetings and records job data.
• Copies and distributes blue prints and job travelers.
• Enter orders and carryover to jobs.
• Utilize six-sigma quality tools to define, measure, analyze, improve and control processes and outcomes.
• Maintain & support processes, procedures & KPI owned by this position.
• Review procedures related to the job per HR LG 01 Training Matrix.
• Complete required training within stated timeframes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Regular and punctual attendance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
