Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned site and oversee 3 shifts.
• Interview, hire, and train janitorial staff.
• Oversee daily workflow and schedule assignments of janitorial staff.
• Take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment for staff and visitors.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs and cleaning inspections.
• Fill in when needed and perform other related duties.
• Maintain effective communication with the client and facility personnel بشأن contract requirements.
