Job summary

Baker Manufacturing Company is hiring a Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment across production, warehouse, and office areas in Evansville, Wisconsin. The role requires reliability, independent work, and attention to safety in a heavy manufacturing setting.

Typical duties include cleaning restrooms and common areas, floor care, waste disposal, and maintaining supplies while supporting routine facility needs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Strong attendance and reliability expected.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math and problem solving abilities.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, breakrooms, offices, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and dry floors in production and office areas.
• Clean hallways, lobbies, corridors, lounges, windows, doors, and walls.
• Empty trash and recycling; transport waste to disposal areas.
• Replenish restroom and breakroom supplies; maintain cleanliness and organization.
