Baker Manufacturing Company is seeking a dependable Janitor to maintain a clean, safe environment across production, warehouse, offices and common areas. The role emphasizes sanitation, safety, and efficient operation in a heavy manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate is safety‑conscious, reliable, and capable of working independently while maintaining high cleanliness standards. Training and PPE will be provided to support daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with strong attendance.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub and dry floors in production and office spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, entrances and exterior grounds.
• Assist with snow removal and winter safety tasks as needed.
• Support light maintenance and special cleaning projects.
