Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• OSHA safety standards and foundry regulations knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on foundry equipment (furnaces, molding machines, sand systems, conveyors).
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform root-cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Welding and fabrication for repair or modification of parts.
• Operate and reference CMMS for logging maintenance activities and parts usage.
• Assist startup of new machinery and equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
