The role leads experienced professionals, guiding strategic planning and design of telecom infrastructure and network components. The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or Master’s) with substantial leadership experience and strong communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s with required experience
• 6+ years relevant experience including 3–5 years leadership
• Strong communication and ability to influence executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Implements policy and strategy for short-term results and influences others outside of own job area
• Coaches and develops direct reports
• Manages team to apply computer integrated manufacturing principles to deliver customer technical/functional specifications, budget adherence, automation/continuous improvement of processes, and cost/efficiency requirements
• Creates and manages institutional knowledge
• Analyzes network capacity needs for current and future requirements
• Designs the network architecture and performs technical analysis of software, hardware, network systems
• Ensures compliance with SLA standards and protocols
• Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation with stakeholders
