Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or Engineering (required).
• 7+ years IT technical leadership experience in pharma/manufacturing and quality.
• Experience delivering IT for greenfield capital projects including site start-up.
• Experience with API small molecule and/or peptide manufacturing and automation.
• Strong MES, data integration, and advanced analytics experience.
• Regulatory knowledge and experience (cGMP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site operational readiness from IT perspective.
• Lead MES and lab IT initiatives and data integration for the Huntsville site.
• Define and execute IT roadmaps aligned with site strategy.
• Provide staffing and leadership for the IT team.
