Responsibilities

• Lead site operations related to facilities, utilities, and engineering to support startup and GMP manufacturing.
• Define priorities and roadmaps for engineering facilities and processes with cross‑functional teams.
• Serve on the site HSE Lead Team to ensure safety across project delivery and startup.
• Sustain operational excellence and long‑term strategic goals after startup.
